Invest in Health, Invest in People: Corporate action for workplace wellbeing
Tuesday 20 January 2026 12:30-14:00 CET
NATURE ROOM
An investment in the health of your workforce is an investment in future business growth and broader economic development. Specifically, investing in women’s health—such as policies for menopause support (e.g., breathable uniforms, counselling, time off to manage symptoms), prevention of gender-based violence (GBV), and paid parental leave—not as optional benefits, but as a key corporate priority is an essential step to realizing the Future of Work Dividend.
Join the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and partners of the Coalition for Reproductive Justice in Business (CRJB) for a high-level dialogue hosted to showcase the tangible business case for corporate investment in women’s health and reproductive justice.
This session will:
- Unpack the Financial Case: Highlight the billion dollar opportunity to reposition sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) as a top-tier financial and ESG investment.
- Showcase Impact of the UNFPA Coalition advocating for women’s health in the workplace: Meet the new champion companies and their practical actions for the women they engage as employees and suppliers
- Define Future Action: Encourage wider adoption of the UNFPA SRHR metrics to promote measurable and transparent corporate policies and share the opportunity for new actors to join this movement
- Foster Public-Private Dialogue: Facilitate a “Spirit of Dialogue” between global companies and policymakers on how to accelerate workforce resilience and economic growth.
