The Industrial Commons: Sovereign Systems for a Regenerative Future
Thursday 22 January 2026 08:30-10:30 CET
ENERGY ROOM
The Industrial Commons debuts at InTent as a space for informal, sincere, and action-oriented engagement. The hurdles to sovereign prosperity in a fragmented world are high, and the challenges of displacement and resource security are increasingly complex. How are mission-driven founders and global leaders building durable industrial systems within a flawed global framework? What defines the grit required to move from extraction to regeneration, and how can we leverage the power of Multi-Capital Sovereignty to deliver a transition that prioritizes both people and the planet?
This session will address the following issues: turning latent talent into a sovereign digital engine through Agentic AI unweiling the WEF AI minds pioneers; reimagining refugee settlements as Regenerative Economic Hubs and spaces of stability and securing the green transition through the technology-driven Electrum Model of localized value-addition and mineral integrity.
The conversation will be sparked by a coalition of industrial titans, humanitarian leaders, and technology visionaries. Following the dialogue, participants will engage in a collaborative exchange designed to bridge the gap between institutional capital and frontier-market agency.
