The New Nature Imperative – Applied Leadership Lab for the C-Suite
Monday 19 January 2026 13:30-15:30 CET
NATURE ROOM
How can corporate leaders turn nature-positive ambition into day-to-day business decisions and new revenue streams?
Nature-positive strategies are no longer optional – but implementation is hard, especially as external pressure fluctuates. This Applied Leadership Lab gives sustainability and business leaders a space to swap what actually works, surface real corporate pain points and spot joint opportunities.
A short framing exchange between corporate, NGO, academic and regulatory voices sets the scene. Participants then move into roundtables on: measuring nature, putting nature on the balance sheet, nature tech, regenerative business models, and leadership & accountability.
Welcoming remarks by André Hoffmann, Co-Founder, InTent; Vice-Chairman, Roche; and Interim Co-Chair, World Economic Forum
